Aiming to clear the far Syrian southwestern corner from Islamic state (ISIS) jihadists, The Syrian military gained large stronghold town of “Al-Shajarah” following swift offensive launched on Monday morning.
The Syrian military has reported that the combat forces are storming main terrorist stronghold of “Al-Shajarah” – in Al-Yarmouk basin – from two axes; the northern and the eastern directions.
The Syrian government troops keep advancing in southern Syria, liberating new swath of lands, as ISIS is on the verge of complete defeat in western Daraa province.
The government troops – led by Tiger Force – keep converging on ISIS pocket in Al-Yarmouk basin of western Deraa province, taking back new swath of territories.
As their stronghold on its way to vanishing, The government troops keep advancing on ISIS, tightening the noose around the terrorists, restoring more areas in Al-Yarmouk basin.
