Russia reveals the most worthy weapons in the Syrian war

Russia n Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov told reporters after a trip to Syria that the Pantsir-S1 air defense systems destroyed a large number of unmanned aircraft and missiles in Syria and provided cover for Syrian forces from such attacks.

“Pantsir-S1 batteries destroyed a large number of drones, missiles and provided cover for Syrian forces and military equipment from their attacks,” Borisov said.

Borisov also noted that the air defense group established in Syria controls the air condition throughout the country. “After only one battalion of S-300 PMU-2 air defense systems was launched with combat rotation, there was a significant reduction in the intensity of coalition air operations in northeastern Syria,” the Deputy Prime Minister said.

The Deputy Prime Minister also stressed that the military operations of the Russian Aviation Group reached 100 flights per day.

Borisov visited Syria on December 13 and 14 and met with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. he discussed with Assad political issues, Russia ‘s contribution to eliminate war’s remnants in the country, the restoration of peaceful life, and cooperation in the fields of industry, medicine and energy.
