Syria Map : Syria’s largest warring parties amass troops for massive offensive in N Lattakia

The Syria’s largest warring parties of the government troops backed by the Russian air-forces, and the rebel groups supported by different terror factions including Hayyat Tahrir Al-Sham are amassing troops for possible battle in northeast Lattakia province.

Opposition sources reported on Monday that more reinforcement from the rebel factions have been arrived into Al-Ghab Plain in western Hama and Lattakia countryside in order to confront any military action from the Syrian Army.

The rebel sources pointed out that “7 Turkish vehicles entered the Bab al-Hawa border crossing, carrying caravans and 5 other cars carrying concrete blocks (cement wall) towards the observation points distributed across southern Idlib.”

With the Russian Army taking part in combating terrorism since 2015 – upon the request of Syrian government – almost 150 areas were liberated by the government troops in both Hama and Lattakia provinces.
