Pictures: Eight captive soldiers evacuated by Syrian Army from eastern Ghouta

On Saturday morning, Syrian Arab Army units managed to evacuate eight detainees who had been held by terrorist groups in the eastern Ghouta.
“We were absolutely confident that the army would free us from the power of these Takfiri organizations, which treated us brutally. They prevented us from food and medicine and forced us to dig tunnels and do hard work in return for crumbs of food,” detained soldiers told SANA.

In recent days, the Syrian Arab Army has released 49 abductees in three batches held by terrorist groups in the eastern Ghouta.
As for Douma’s deal developments, the Russian General Staff stated that militants of Jaysh al-Islam rebel group in Eastern Ghouta will leave their stronghold as per an agreement.
