Pictures+video: Rebels shell Damascus downtown, kill and wound scores of civilians

Moments ago, The jihadist rebels of Eastern Ghouta bombed the Syria’s capital with dozens of mortars, that killed and wounded a number of civilians.

Number of mortars landed on a restaurant located near the Syrian Parliament in Al-Salhiyah neighborhood in Damascus heart, causalities reported.

Also, the Islamist rebels struck several buildings around the Russian Embassy, causing massive explosions.

According to a source in Damascus police headquarter, 1 man has been killed, 16 got wounded so far, as the causalities are likely to rise at any moment.
