Breaking : Explosions were heard in Damascus , Syria

A field source in Damascus told Mursalon website that he heard several explosions in the vicinity of Damascus .

The source added that the explosions are believed to have been caused by an Israeli missile attack, amid conflicting reports about the Syrian army detonating explosive devices left over from war in the vicinity of Damascus.

Meanwhile, unofficial sources said that the Syrian air defense fired two missiles towards targets in the sky that might be drones

Until now, no official statements have been issued by the Syrian Ministry of Defense about the incident
