Iranian Tansim Agency correspondent denies that Iran to receive Russian Su 35 fighters next week

An Iranian Tansim Agency correspondent denied reports that Russia would deliver the first batch of Russian Su 35 fighters to Iran next week

This came in response to news on the X platform about Russia’s delivery of advanced Russian Sukhoi 35 fighters to Iran.

Many news agencies had reported that Iran is expected to receive the first batch of the Russian-made SU-35 fighter jet next week.

According to IRNA, “Russia announced it was ready to sell them” once UN Resolution 2231, which prohibits Iran from obtaining conventional weapons, expired in October 2020.
