IRGC commander threatens Israel to respond after Iranian adviser killed in Israeli raid in Syria

Commenting on the martyrdom of Counselor Saeed Abyar in Syria, the Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards, Major General Hussein Salami, said that Israel will pay the price and they must wait for the response.

Iranian media said that the commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Saeed Abyar was killed on Sunday as a result of an Israeli raid targeting Aleppo, Syria.

Abyar is the first commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards killed by Israeli raids after Israel targeted the Iranian consulate in Damascus, which killed senior officers of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards.

In response, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) launched some 300 missiles and drones at Israel over the night of April 13 and 14.
