Iran prepares for Israeli strike, transfers senior officers from Syria : US newspaper

The  American newspaper Wall Street Journal said that Iran is preparing for an Israeli response by equipping its air force and protecting its ships in the Red Sea .

Wall Street Journal added in its Report that Israel may be content with targeting important Iranian facilities in Syria .

Iran evacuated senior IRGC commanders and relocating its high-ranking officers from their original positions in Syria , The newspaper added .

Ealier Today ,Iran announced Wednesday morning that it had sent naval destroyers to protect its merchant ships up to the Red Sea .

The Commander of the Iranian Naval Forces said that Army fleets will accompany Iranian commercial ships to the Red Sea

” Israel will face a harsh response and a large-scale attack if it tries to harm us ” , he Added .

Israel has threatened to retaliate for the Iranian attack, which began on Saturday night, in which Tehran used hundreds of drones and missiles in response to the targeting of its consulate in Damascus.

Iran warned Israel of the consequences of repeating its attack again, saying the next attack would be stronger and larger
