Yemeni missile directly hit a ship in Red Sea , causing damage: UK says .

United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) said in a statement on Friday that it has received a new report of An explosion struck a cargo ship in the Red Sea .

The UKMTO reports that a ship was attacked in the Red Sea, 76 nautical miles west of Hodeidah Yemen.

A missile directly hit the ship, causing damage , UKMTO Added .

Earlier today , The UKMTO reports that a ship has been attacked in the Red Sea, 50 nautical miles southwest of Hodeidah, Yemen.

The attack comes after the Houthi leader threatened to target ships linked to Israel even in the Indian Ocean
