Mohamed Salah, Liverpool star, to the Saudi league

The Zamalek and former Egyptian football star Ahmed Hossam “Mido”, announced a surprise of heavy caliber about the transfer of Mohamed Salah, Liverpool star, to the Saudi league next season.

Mido wrote through his official account on the social networking site “X”: “Mohamed Salah in the Saudi league next season, contracts have been signed.”

Mido did not specify the Saudi club to which Mohamed Salah will move, but reports confirm his transfer to one of the Jeddah Union or Al-Hilal teams.

Neither Mohamed Salah nor his agent has announced anything in this regard.

News has circulated on more than one occasion about Salah’s move to the Saudi league, but without official confirmations.

Salah’s contract with Liverpool expires in the summer transfer window 2025, and the Reds’ top scorer has been repeatedly absent from participating with the team in matches recently due to renewed pain at the site of his injury in the back muscle.
