Syrian sources reveal agreement terms between Damascus and SDF: Syrian Army to enter all of Eastern Euphrates

Informed Syrian sources confirmed to Muraselon that as a result from yesterday’s meeting between representatives of the Syrian government and the Syrian Democratic Forces, the following terms have been agreed upon:

  1. The SDF will vow with all its capabilities to preserve the safety and the territorial integrity of the lands of the Syrian Arab Republic, under the flag of the Syrian Arab Republic, and will stand with the Syrian Arab Army against the Turkish threats under the command of President Bashar al-Assad.
  2. The SDF will allow the entry of the forces of the Syrian Arab Army to seize control of the entire area that lies between Ayn Diwar in the east to Jarablus in the west from three different axes: Tabqa, Manbij, and Hasaka.

With those terms, the Syrian Army will be present in all the territories north and east of the Euphrates in coordination with the local military councils while the area between Tal Abyad and Ras al-Ayn will remain an unstable area of operations until its liberation.
The Syrian Army has already begun entering the villages and towns in Raqqa and Hasaka’s countrysides with the aim of repelling the Turkish aggression in northern Syria.
