Syrian Army News | Syrian army captures rebel main stronghold in northwest Hama (Video)

The Syrian Arab Army imposed full control over the strategic town of Kafr Nabudah in the northwestern countryside of Hama province following heavy clashes with militants in the area.
Led by elite Tiger Forces, the Syrian troops managed to destroy rebel’s defenses and entered the town where heavy clashes erupted inside it that lasted for several hours before the army fully secured the town.
By capturing Kafr Nabudah, the army will probably switch focus toward another stronghold in the area which is Qalaat al-Madiq.
Previously, the Syrian Arab Army attempted to capture Kafr Nabudah in October 2015; however, despite making some initial gains, they were ultimately forced to retreat.
Earlier this week, the Syrian army has launched their long awaited offensive against militant groups which aim to capture the demilitarized zone that expands between Latakia, Hama and Idlib provinces.
Video below was posted online shows army units inside Kafr Nabudah town.
