Lebanese military deploys forces in response to Israel [PICTURES]

The Lebanese military has deployed first battalion towards southern Lebanon in response to the recent Israeli movements to uncover “alleged Hezbollah tunnels” in the area.

The Lebanese army is bringing military reinforcements to the area adjacent to the Blue Line in the outlying areas of Mays al-Jabal on the Lebanese-Palestinian border, amidst an alert of Israeli enemy soldiers on the other side.

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) is currently digging at several border-towns near the United Nations’ blue line; they have increased their presence in the area over the least 72 hours.

Last weekend, Hezbollah cameras spotted a large number of vehicles, bulldozers and Israeli military tanks during the operation “Northern Shield”, launched by Tel Aviv to discover tunnels belonging to the party in the bordering area.
