Syrian special forces thwart militants raid in Lattakia, inflict serious casualties [Pics]

The Syrian special forces stationed in the northeastern countryside of Lattakia province managed to foil heavy militant swift-assault, leaving dozens of them dead and wounded.

Military source told Muraselon that “The Army units were capable to kill several foreign terrorists belong to the Turkistan Islamic Party (TIP), after they attempted to infiltrate the Syrian Army points near Job Ahmar area.”

The source provided Muraselon with some images of the “Mujahedeen”dead bodies.

Everyday, the Syrian army units are thwarting infiltration attempts by terrorist groups towards the army positions in the demilitarized zone between the villages of Hama, Lattakia and Idlib.

Worth-mention that several extremist groups are operating in the northern countryside of Hama and Lattakia as “Jaish Al-Izzah”, “Hayyat Tahrir Al-Sham; Al-Qaeda branch in Syria” and “Hurras Al-Deen”.
