New Turkish convoy enters the countryside of Idlib and Hama to install observation points

A Turkish convoy entered the Khan Sheikhun area of the southern Idlib countryside and reached Hama countryside on a reconnaissance mission before installing new observation posts.
Turkey has seven points in the region, extending on the southern outskirts of Aleppo, three points in the western part of Aleppo, one on the Al-Eis hill in the south of the governorate, and two points in the Toukan hill and the Ma’arat al-Nu’man area east of Idlib.
Pro-rebel reports said that, three major opposition factions (Jaish Al-Ezzah, Ahrar Al-Sham and Faylaq Al-Sham) accompanied the Turkish delegation arrived which arrived in the northern Hama countryside.
Ankara and Moscow agreed – at the end of January – to boost up the establishment of the fourth point in the province of Idlib, under the agreement of “de-escalation zones” in October 2017.
