Khashoggi body cut into pieces: Turkish official

The Istanbul Prosecutor’s Office said , on Wednesday ,that ” the Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi body was dismembered after being killed in Saudi Consulate” .

Khashoggi’s body parts were disposed of after being dismembered, said Istanbul Prosecutor’s Office.

Khashoggi was strangled to death soon after he entered Saudi Consulate, according to office.

The Turkish prosecution also stated that it did not reach tangible results from the meetings with the Saudi side, despite all good intentions efforts to show the truth.

The Saudi prosecution recently announced the results of its investigation into Khashoggi’s death, which concluded that he had been killed in the consulate during a “quarrel” with one of the defendants currently in custody, pointing out that the accused knew Khashoggi wanted to return to the kingdom.
