Breaking | Trump Tweet: Attack on Syria 'Could Be Very Soon or Not Soon at All'

US President Donald Trump still hasn’t shed light on the possible US military actions in Syria in response to an alleged chemical attack in the Syrian Douma, stating that he had “never said when an attack on Syria would take place”.
“Never said when an attack on Syria would take place. Could be very soon or not so soon at all! In any event, the United States, under my Administration, has done a great job of ridding the region of ISIS [Daesh]. Where is our ‘Thank you America?’,” Trump stated in a post on his Twitter page.

It is the second day when Trump makes controversial statements regarding the situation in Syria in wake of an alleged chemical attack in Douma, blamed on Damascus despite the absence of any credible evidence.
The day before the US president has taken on Twitter to urge Russia to “get ready for nice and new and ‘smart” missiles in Syria”, following Moscow’s statement to shoot any missile fired in Syria.
However, shortly after, Trump has changed his tone and announced that “we need our nations to work together” and explained all the current tensions between the countries by “the Fake & Corrupt Russia Investigation, headed up by the all-Democrat loyalists”.
