Kurds to hand over a key town to opposition forces.
Pro opposition activists said that an underway agreement to be done between the YPG and rebels under Russian mediation in northern Aleppo
Kurds will have to give in Tal Raf’at town to the ” Turkish-backed rebels” the agreement says
Earlier, the Russian ministry of defense announced a safe zone near Tal Raf’at in northern Aleppo province.
