Watch | Syrian Republican Guard and Russian forces in full control of Tal Rifaat town

A video has been released showing the presence of Syrian Republican Guard and Russian forces troops inside the town of Tell Rifaat.
After the operation in Manbij, Ankara has threatened to attack the highly important northern Aleppo town using Turkish forces and allied militants.
The presence of proper Syrian Army units inside Tell Rifaat in addition to Russian forces important because it better deters an attack Turkish forces.
Sources say that Kurdish YPG fighters withdrew from Tell Rifaat, but this is not fully confirmed
