According to pro-opposition report, the Faylaq Alrahman faction has just released a statement stating to stop fighting with the government in eastern Ghouta region.
By a Russian mediation, the Faylaq Alrahman that operating in the southern part of eastern Ghouta will stop it’s battles after 12:00 am (Damascus time).
Similarly, the Ahrar Asham group also signed an agreement with the Russians in order to leave the embattled Harasta district towards Idlib province
