Breaking | Kurds refuse SAA's prerequisite to hand over arms before entering Afrin

According to RT Arabic Reporter , the Syrian Army rejected a request from the Kurds to enter  Afrin before the Kurdish militia handed over their weapons.
The reporter quoted a Syrian military source as saying that the SAA will enter the Afrin provided that Kurdish militia surrender their weapons to the SAA
The same source added that the Kurds rejected the offer, meaning no agreement between the two parties has been made
