Yemeni forces release video of targeting Israel-linked ship via suicide boat and drones

Yemeni naval forces targeting bulk carrier ‘TUTOR’ in the Red Sea on 12 June, which led to its sinking.

The vessel was targeted because the company to which it belonged violated the ban on sailing to Israeli ports , Yemen said .

On June 12, Houthis struck M/V Tutor, a Liberian flagged, Greek owned and operated bulk cargo carrier, with an uncrewed surface vessel , U.S. Central Command said on its “X” page .

(USV) resulting in severe flooding and damage to the engine room. One civilian mariner remains missing following the attack.

The crew abandoned ship and were rescued by USS Philippine Sea (CG 58) and partner forces
