ISIS claims responsibility for the attack in Moscow and issues a statement

ISIS has now claimed Responsibility for the Terrorist Attack tonight on the Crocus Concert Hall in the Russian Capital of Moscow, with them stating that the Attack was specifically attempting to Target a Gathering of Christians.

According to the ISIS statement, the assailants “withdrew to their bases safely” after carrying out the attack.
