US Forces carry out airstrikes on Yemen

Yemeni media reported that loud explosions were heard in the area as a result of US airstrikes.

The Yemeni Al Masirah channel reported that US aircraft bombed the coastal city of Hodeidah with several airstrikes.

The channel confirmed that the airstrikes targeted the Al-Tahita area in the city of Hodeidah.

The US airstrikes come after Yemeni forces shot down a US MQ-9 drone.
