Syrian sources in Deir Ezzor Governorate reported that the military base used by the US Army in the Al-Omar oil field in the northern countryside of the governorate was subjected to missile attack .
According to local sources, US aircraft and anti-aircraft guns tried to repel the attack that targeted the base.
There were no additional reports of material or human losses.
The area surrounding the Omar field is witnessing a state of high alert for American forces and their loyal elements from the “SDF” forces.
