In the past 24 hours, U.S. forces successfully destroyed two Yemeni uncrewed aerial vehicles (UAV) over the Red Sea .
The US forces also destroyed one Houthi uncrewed surface vessel (USV) in the Red Sea, U.S. Central Command said on its “X” page .
It was determined the UAVs and USV presented an imminent threat to U.S., coalition forces, and merchant vessels in the region, it added .
