(Video) US jets and Russian nuclear bombercame face to face in the sky of Alaska

US fighter jets allegedly scrambled to intercept Russian nuclear bombers that flew over Alaskan airspace.

US and Russian warplanes came face to face in the sky on Thursday after two Tu-95MS nuclear bombers were flying over the Bering Sea, near Alaska’s western coast.

Footage published by the Russian Defense Ministry shows a warplane from the Alaska Air National Guard marked with the letters AK and the number 304 on its tail fin.

A Russian escort Su-30SM fighter jet is also pictured in the video.

 

Russian Tu-95MS missile launchers conducted a flight off the west coast of Alaska ,the flight lasted more than 11 hours with the assistance of foreign fighters, RussiamDefense Ministry said.
