Russian Military police post is additionally deployed in Golan Heights
Russia’s military police have set up an additional post near the area of separation between Israeli and Syrian forces in the Golan Heights, Major General Yury Popov, deputy chief of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of the Opposing Parties in Syria, said.
“An additional post of Russian military police has been established as part of efforts to monitor the situation along the Bravo line of the area of separation between Israeli and Syrian forces,” he pointed out.
According to Popov, work is underway to monitor compliance with a ceasefire between the parties.

Russian forces have previously established two observation points in different locations near the Bravo Line .
This is the third deployment so far .
