The Russian Aerospace Forces have destroyed 10 militant hideouts in hard-to-access areas of the Al-Amur mountain ridge in Syria’s Homs province, the deputy chief of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of the Opposing Parties in Syria (a division of the Russian Defense Ministry) said.
“The Aerospace Forces of Russia destroyed ten known hideouts of militants, who left the Al-Tanf zone and took refuge in hard-to-reach areas of the Al-Amur mountain ridge in the Homs province,” Maj. Gen. Yury Popov said.

In a separate development, one Syrian servicemen was injured when terrorists from the Ishakia district fired an AGS-17 automatic grenade launcher towards Syrian pro-government forces near the settlement of El-Areim in the Latakia province.
