Drone attack targeted U.S. Ain Al-Asad base in Iraq ; US official

A U.S. official told Reuters that the U.S. Ain al-Asad base in Iraq was attacked by a suicide drone.

There were no casualties or damage among American soldiers, According to Reuters.

Earlier today ,A coalition  jet destroyed a bomber in Iraq in self-defense after reports of a failed missile attack near a coalition base in Syria , US official told Reuters .

Local sources in Iraq said that the American aircraft destroyed a car carrying missiles in the Iraqi city of Ramla in Mosul.

The U.S. response came hours after two U.S. bases in Syria were attacked by missiles and drones.

The American official confirmed that there were no casualties inside the American base as a result of the attack.
