Breaking : Iraqi missile attack on US base in Syria – Reuters

Five rockets have been fired from the northern Iraqi town of Mosul towards a US military base inside Syria, two security sources tell Reuters .

Filed source told Muraselon news that 3 explosions sounded in the vicinity of the American base at Kharab al-Jir airport, north of Hasakah .

The source added that the Iraqi missile strikes may be a response to the targeting of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces headquarters in Babylon two days ago.

So far, no statement has been issued by the American forces about any casualties among the American forces
