A huge fire hits a crude oil pipeline in central Syria

A large fire broke out in one of the crude oil transport lines in the central Syrian province of Homs.

Local media said fire crews were working to put out the fire.

According to information obtained by Muraselon News website, the fire broke out as a result of an attempt to steal oil by thieves.

The burned body of one of the thieves was found near the fire site.

The fire occurred at the Al-Farqlis oil pipeline east of Homs, which are safe areas and there is no evidence of a terrorist act.
