A Syrian engineer employed at WHO killed in US raids on Syria
The World Health Organization announced that one of its employees in Syria was killed in the US raid on Deir Ezzor on Monday
The organization’s X account posted a tweet by a colleague of Syrian engineer Imad Shehab, who was killed in the US raid yesterday.
My colleagues and I are heartbroken at the tragic loss of another one of our own in an airstrike in #Syria this morning, engineer Emad Shehab. We extend our deepest condolences to his family.

A short while ago, a Syrian military source announced the martyrdom of 7 Syrian soldiers and a civilian and the injury of 19 Syrian soldiers and 17 civilians, including children and women, as a result of the American raids.
