WATCH: Huge explosions shake Iraq's capital amid reported rocket attack on military base

Iraq’s capital city of Baghdad has been shaken by a series of massive explosions amid a reported rocket attack that hit a military base.
Reports are still early and details limited, however it is being claimed the alleged rocket attack prompted Iraq’s military forces to sound-off the capital’s air raid sirens.
The military base struck by the claimed rocket attack appears to have been stocked with a lot of ammunition and other explosive military materials, with streaking detonations shooting out of what is likely to be storage areas.
Video footage (shown below) has been released by amateur sources in Baghdad. The footage bears testament to the scale of the explosions.

It is worth clarifying that at the present time, it is still unknown as to whether this is an attack or not, and, if it is, who committed it.
