Fresh Houthi drone attack 'hits Patriot missile systems" in Saudi Arabia’s Najran airport

Yemen’s Houthi rebels group said Thursday it had carried out a new drone attack targeting American Patriot missile systems inside Najran airport in southern Saudi Arabia.
The attack was carried out by Qasef-2K drones where the Houthis claimed the attack was successful and it hits a Patriot missile system inside Najran airport in southern Saudi Arabia.
The news comes just a day after Riyadh stated that the Houthis had launched another drone to destroy hangars containing warplanes at Najran airport, adding that it was intercepted by Saudi air defences.

There was no immediate comment from Saudi Arabia or the Saudi-led coalition.
