Breaking: Israel missiles strike targeted Syrian army position in southern Syria

Israeli Air Force has struck a Syrian army air defense position this evening in Quneitra countryside in southern Syria.
According to sources, an Israeli missile launched from the occupied Golan heights struck an air defense position for the Syrian army on Tal al-Sha’ar in Quneitrah province.
A Syrian army official source added that one soldier was killed while one other was injured in the Israeli attack.
An Israeli army spokesman said that the missile attack came in retaliation for earlier targeting of an Israeli warplane by a Syrian air defense battery in the area adding that IDF managed successfully to destroy the battery.
Recently, Syrian air defense systems were seen launching against enemy objects coming from Israel without disclosing what they were trying to target.
