Video shows moment of the explosion in St. Petersburg Military Academy – Russia

Up to four cadets have been injured in an explosion at St. Petersburg military academy that happened on Tuesday, Russian media outlets have said.
The explosion at the Mozhaysky Military Space Academy occurred during an attempt to move an unexploded shell, an unnamed source in the emergency services told the St. Petersburg-based 78.ru news channel.
The Video footage below was posted on the social media shows the moment of the explosion in the academy from a dash mounted camera inside a passing car.

The Russia’s Investigative Committee has begun a criminal investigation, the state-run TASS news agency reported Tuesday evening. The Committee is treating the incident as an attempted murder case.
