Watch Iranian drone films alleged US aircraft carrier in Persian Gulf

Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) released undated drone footage on Sunday, of what they allege to be a United States aircraft carrier steaming through the Persian Gulf.
The drone footage, made available by the Tasnim News Agency, captures footage of what is reported to be the USS ‘Dwight D. Eisenhower’ aircraft carrier. Military aircraft are seen parked on the deck of the vessel, which was apparently sailing close to another warship.

The US has responded by saying the ‘Dwight D. Eisenhower’ has not entered the Persian Gulf since 2016, according to media reports.
The footage of the alleged surveillance mission was released just weeks after the US designated the IRGC as a “terrorist” organisation. Iran responded to the move by labelling all US military forces as terrorists, according to Iranian state media.
