In Pictures: Syrians hit the streets to protest Trump’s decision on occupied Golan Heights

Hundreds of Syrian people hit the streets across Syrian cities on Tuesday to protest against US President Donald Trump’s decision on the occupied Golan Heights, and in affirmation of its return to the homeland Syria.
Syria has stressed its categorical rejection of US president Donald Trump’s resolution which recognizes the annexation of the occupied Syrian Golan Heights to Israel.
“The US president has recognized the annexation of the occupied Syrian Golan to the Zionist occupation entity in a flagrant aggression of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Syrian Arab Republic, turning a blind eye to all international reactions that condemned such resolution,” an official source at the Foreign and Expatriates Ministry said on Monday.
US President Donald Trump on Monday formally signed a presidential proclamation recognizing Israeli sovereignty over Israel-occupied Golan Heights.
