France.. Macron honors Syrian doctor in a ceremony – PHOTOS

Social media sites circulated images of a Syrian doctor, during his meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron, after a successful operation that saved the life of a patient from death.

The images were released during a ceremony held by the French President honoring the Syrian doctor, Afif Afif, after a brain operation he had performed for a patient “Marin Soutiens” which saved him from inevitable death.

The Syrian doctor specialty is one of rarest surgical specialties in the world, which focuses on epilepsy surgery, Parkinson’s surgery, spastic paralysis, mental illness as well as pain surgery.
