Syrian Army eliminates scored of ISIS terrorists in the Badia, confiscates their weapons – VIDEO

The Syrian Arab Army units continue to hunt down the remnants of ISIS terrorist organization in Palmyra Desert in the eastern Homs countryside.

According to Syrian News Agency (SANA), the army units today clashed with ISIS terrorists in Palmyra countryside, eliminating many of them and destroying their dens and two vehicles, one of them was equipped with a heavy machine gun.

A field source told the agency that the army unit managed to confiscate weapons and ammunition, including automatic rifles, mortars, a Kornet missile base, missile launcher, various RPGs, explosive belts, 14 machine guns, ammunition, medical supplies and food.

On the northern front, army units responded to the breaches of the terrorist organizations of the de-escalation zone agreement, inflicting heavy losses upon their members in southern Idlib and northwestern Hama.

The Syrian Arab Army also foiled terrorists’ infiltration attempts from the direction of the surrounding of al-Skeik town, east of Khan Sheikhoun, towards liberated areas in the southeastern countryside of Idlib.
