SDF prepares to attack besieged ISIS terrorists in Baguoz village

The US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) said that the evacuation of civilians from the last pocket controlled by ISIS organization could end on Thursday in preparation for the latest attack on ISIS militants besieged in al-Bagouz village.

Al-Bagouz village which lies in eastern Syria near the border with Iraq, is the last stronghold controlled by the terrorist organization in the Euphrates valley.

On Wednesday, hundreds of men, women and children left the last stronghold of the Islamic State in eastern Syria, a move that suggests that the battle against the group’s militants is imminent.

The SDF spokesman Mustafa Bali, earlier said that “our forces have said from the beginning that ISIS terrorists have one choice: either surrender unconditionally or to fight until the end.”
