Syrian Army thwarts new militants infiltration bid in Lattakia [MAP]

The Syrian Army units supported by National Defense Forces (NDF) have foiled new militants infiltration attempt on their positions in northern Lattakia countryside.

Field source told Muralseon that the Syrian defensive units foiled terrorists attack on several positions in Nahshaba, Ruwaisat Almalik and Ain Qantara areas, taking advantage of bad weather and fog.

As result of the surprise attack, many terrorists were killed and injured without gaining any good, as the rest fled the battlefield towards the north.

At the meantime, the Syrian Army troops are securing the breached areas and reinforce their sites.
