SDF official: We are always ready to reach political solution with Assad

SDF – Amina Omar, the co-chair of the “Syrian Democratic Council”, said political dialogue is the most successful way to end the Syrian crisis, stressing that the council is always prepared to establish any dialogue for political solution.

Amina Omar said in an interview with the Hawar news agency that “the Syrian Democratic Council is still ready for dialogue, because we believe that the political solution is the best solution to end the Syrian crisis.”

Amina Omar said that the council responded to the call of the Syrian government to discuss the outstanding issues, but these discussions did not result in finding a solution so far.

On the battlefield, SDF forces have recently taken the village of Al-Bagouz, which was the defense line of Islamic State (ISIS) in the region.
