Pictures: Syrian soldiers down hostile armed drones came from Idlib

The Syrian troops stationed at the southern gates of the Al-Qaeda-dominated province of Idlib have been shooting down several home-made armed drones for the recent few days.

A Drone was downed yesterday – in northwest Hama province – by a 23 mm anti-aircraft is equipped with 6 small-diameter projectiles, according to pictures published later.

Several photos released on social media, feature the downed combat drone along with the its free-fall bombs.

Similarly “On August 21, the servicemen of the armed forces of the Syrian Arab Republic detected three UAVs, which were launched from the territories controlled by militants toward the positions of government troops.” The head of the Russian Center for Syrian Reconciliation said.
