BREAKING: Russian air-defenses shoot down militants attacking drones near Hmeimim Airbase

Local source from the coastal city of Lattakia has informed Muraselon that the Russian air-defenses shoot down hostile combat drones over the airbase of Hmeimim

“More than 10 missiles from the Humaimem air-defenses batteries were fired towards the enemy drones, downing most of them.” field sources told Muraselon.

Overnight video footage shows moment a Russian air-defense missile firing in attempt to intercept the combat drones.

The Russian airbase has been targeted several times within the past few months as the Russian ministry of defense accuses western states to supply the militants of northern Lattakia with the combat drones.
