ISIS conducts first public execution in Idlib province.

Amaq agency; the media branch of the self-proclaimed Islamic state ” ISIS ” , published on Saturday graphic pictures showing masked fighters murdering rival militants from the Hayyat Tahrir Al-Sham group in Idlib province.
The ” Islamic state ” media cited that the execution of three HTS militants comes in retaliation to recent raid on pro ISIS base in Kafr hind village of Idlib, vowing for more like this murdering.
Opposition sources reported that the execution may happened in Salqin area where many IS sleeper cells are active, despite its a HTS stronghold.
This first public execution is considered as the first to occur in Idlib province against HTS group.
