Syrian Army , not Iran, struck Israel last night: Iranian official

A senior Iranian official denied his country launched a missile attack against Israeli targets last night as a response to a night attack carried out by Israeli jets that targeted Iranian bases inside Syria.
“Iran has nothing to do with the missiles that hit the Occupied Golan Heights last night. It was the Syrian Arab Army”, he said in a statement to Sputnik.
“We would say so if we have done it”, he added.
Israel launched its biggest missile attack on Syria, claiming it is targeting Iranian bases. In response, the Syrian Army fires a salvo of missiles that hit military targets in the Occupied Golan Heights.
