US claims 26 strikes conducted against ISIS since April 20th

The U.S. Coalition carried out 26 strikes consisting of 34 engagements between the dates of April 20-26, the U.S. Department of Defense reported on Friday.
According to the U.S. Department of Defense, their forces and allies conducted at least four strikes near the border-city of Albukamal on April 25th, destroying an Islamic State (ISIS) gathering point in the process.
The U.S. largest attack would take place on April 23rd, when their forces carried out nine strikes near Albukamal, destroying three of the Islamic State’s vehicles.
Recently, the U.S. and Iraqi air forces have teamed up to launch airstrikes along the Iraqi-Syrian border in an effort to clear the region of the Islamic State.
The Iraqi military confirmed that their air force had notified the Syrian government prior to using their airspace.
